Dust off the landspeeder, bust out the lightsaber and wake up your ageing but completely wise jedi, because a Star Wars-themed cantina pop-up is coming to the Los Angeles area.
Variety spotted details slowly leaking out of Scum and Villainy Cantina’s website and Facebook page that points to something so tremendous it reminds us of that time the emperor decided to build a Death Star.
Those details are scant at the moment, but Nerdist reports reservations will be made available by next week.
According to the website, said reservation will net you some cool trinkets outside of an amazing Instagram opportunity: two drinks, a pint glass and a challenge coin.
Obviously, you will want to leave your droids at home so that you don’t have that awkward conversation when you tell them that the proprietors of the cantina don’t allow “their kind” within in its confines.
The exact dates and location remain a tightly kept secret. However, the website states it will be held in Hollywood with reservation times featuring two slots: 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. local time. Saturdays will also allow for reservations between 3 p.m. and five in the evening.
If you want to walk in then that will be fine; you just have to wait until 11 at night. That’s when you will run into the most wretched hive of scum and villainy…
Hey! We just got the name!
