Boyfriends Pops Perfect Proposal at Disney’s Boardwalk Villas

For a few minutes in March, the entirety of magic at Walt Disney World rested within the relatively small area at Disney’s Boardwalk Villas in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

ET Online’s John Boone brings a viral video to our attention, one that features a boyfriend asking his future fiancé to be his husband. Oops, spoilers.

The following video was uploaded to YouTube channel Gavin&Patrick and features Patrick Santos’ elaborate and highly romantic proposal.

In the end, all other marriage proposals were rendered obsolete:

Santos explains, “On Wednesday, March 11th, 2015 my boyfriend, Gavin Hatch thought he was just going out for drinks with one of his good friends at Disney's Boardwalk Resort.”

The now happy groom-to-be continues: “ Little did he know that I had been planning an elaborate performance for the past four months. With the help of some amazing friends, I was able to surprise the love of my life with the ultimate question.”

In a perfect twist, the next chapter in their lives begins where their relationship started three years earlier.

This proposal is the perfect Disney event and even seems created by Imagineers. From walking the boardwalk while reading amazing letters to seeing a flash mob unfold right before his eyes, a prince appears out of nowhere when the music dies out.

And that’s when a blaring car horn tries to sully the moment.

As married couples know, nothing can ruin a well-executed proposal, so the moment goes on with two people who are madly in love.

To my wife, I apologize. My own proposal was severely lacking in the dancing and music department.
