Cedar Point's Hilariously Old Commercial Was Probably Cool In The '80s

Every once in a while you happen upon a classic video that remarkably stands up to the test of time, aging incredibly well. This is not that video.
We once again lifted the lid on the toy chest of nostalgia that is YouTube to find some classic videos from yesteryear.
This week we find a commercial from the 1980s that is roughly 40 seconds too long and precisely 90 percent too grainy.
Basically, we love it.
What you see below is a 1980s commercial for Cedar Point, which many of you are familiar with. If not, we encourage you to visit its website, which has all the details on modern attractions like Mean Streak and Millennium Force.
No matter how modern things have become, we like to think there is still a family frolicking on the beach, possibly with ridiculously outdated beachwear:
We know you are absolutely eager to get the RV out of the driveway, so you will be pleased to know that Cedar Point still accommodates those outrageously huge vehicles with its Lighthouse Point.
Thankfully, this video shows up to remind us that Sandusky, Ohio, has just about everything you need to enjoy a family vacation.
The dollop of icing on that cake is we now have a new song to savor for the remainder of the week. Feel free to turn up the volume when watching the video. Your neighbors will love it.
