According to Instagram, Gwyneth Paltrow uses Airbnb like the rest of us.
And you too can leap at the chance of using the very same rental that she chose for a family vacation recently, which will only cost you the plane ticket to Mexico and roughly $8,000 a day in Airbnb fees.
OK, perhaps Paltrow doesn’t use the popular rental listing website like the rest of us, but her doff of the cap to Airbnb is nevertheless pretty cool.
First, we might as well do a little tipping of the hat ourselves to Fox News, which spotted the following social media posts that come from Paltrow’s recent holiday to Punta Mita, Nayarit, Mexico.
Here are the images followed the by the various captions posted by the 43-year-old actress.
Caption: “La puesta del sol.”
Caption: “@airbnb who knew?? Such a beautiful trip. Adiós Vallarta. Hasta la próxima!”
As the above report states, the particular Airbnb used is nestled beautifully between the region’s St. Regis Punta Mita Resort and the Four Seasons Punta Mita.
It’s like one expensive, amenity-filled hospitality sandwich.
As for the specifics, the report states Paltrow, kids and boyfriend Brad Falchuk stayed at this listing, which is offered at $8,045 a night.
For the price, however, you are getting a ton. The listing states that up to 12 people can enjoy the beachside property—although there are six bedrooms and seven beds, so sharing is a must.
There are the usual amenities like a kitchen and Wi-Fi with the added incentive of a gym and pool thrown into the mix.
Oh, but there is so much more: “Three meals are prepared each day during guests' stays and the guest houseman is available to see to guests' needs. Directly on the beach, providing seamless indoor/outdoor living, and with access to the amenities and services of the Four Seasons and St. Regis Punta Mita Resorts, the villa represents a perfect tropical retreat for discerning travelers.”
At eight grand a pop, you don’t even have to worry about using that kitchen in this rather comfy home.
As the old adage goes, first you get the Oscar and then you get the unbelievable Mexican holiday.
