We have the perfect film for that coffee break you have been meaning to take.
First, pour yourself a hot cup of relaxing joe and ponder a trip to a magical land that is both verdant and warm, bucolic and bustling.
Thanks to The Awesomer, we can once again give Southeast Asia the respect and admiration it so deserves.
The website spotted the following video posted to Vimeo by filmmaker Janis Brod.
It’s entitled simply “Pictures of South East Asia,” and it’s essentially a brief six-minute tour of the region.
By the end, you will crave a similar endeavor to this intoxicating destination:
Brod explains on Vimeo: “We spent almost three months traveling across the Indochinese peninsula, discovering Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. This is a small glimpse of what we saw.”
If you enjoy simplicity and gorgeous photography, we noted a similar video posted to Vimeo earlier in the year.
Here is “Interrupt,” a film on the same part of the world:
That particular video was the work of Paul Wex, who was also fortunate enough to take a tour of Southeast Asia, sharing his travels with us through the power of the Internet.
It’s enough to make you want to step through your computer screen and straight into paradise.
