This week, Pretty Little Liars aired its 100th episode. "A" is back on the scene, and things in Rosewood couldn't be any better, especially for ABC Family who has put together a huge hit with PLL. The 100th episode should satisfy all of the "Little Liars" out there but if you are looking for more, read on. In honor of the benchmark episode, let's take a look at the wealthy, country-glam suburb Rosewood and where you can escape for the weekend to lie out, I mean live out your PLL fantasy.

The Main Line

In PLL, Rosewood is modeled after Rosemont, PA and is known as a Main Line Town. The Main Line is an unofficial name for a region of affluent towns along the Main Line of the Pennsylvania Railroad. Today the area is represented by the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia and is quite affluent. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area to really get that "Liars" feel, head to Bed and Breakfast Connections of Philadelphia and look up the Valley Forge / Main Line area. Here you will find houses similar to Aria and Emma and even an apartment not too unlike Erza's.

Hollis College

Hollis is supposed to be a Liberal Arts College in Rosewood at which Erza teaches. Just 20 minutes from the Main Line area is the almost as picturesque Swarthmore College. If you are of the college seeking type, tours are offered daily. If you are just trying to get on campus to try and find the English Teacher's office, may I recommend you visit the McCabe Library as they have many Art Exhibitions open to the public.

The Haunted House and Radley Sanitarium

Just 40 minutes Northwest of the Main Line area lies the Pennhurst State School and Hospital. Originally named the Eastern Pennsylvania State Institution for the Feeble-Minded and Epileptic, it was an institution for mentally and physically disabled individuals. This supposedly haunted location has been featured on Ghost Adventures, Ghost Hunters, Celebrity Ghost Stories, Haunted History, and the movie 'Pennhurst', featuring Beverley Mitchell and Haylie Duff. You can try to check it out in person or if you are lucky enough to be visiting in the September-November time frame, there is a haunted house run onsite. Sure it's not a haunted house or an open, active asylum, but if combine the two, you're getting pretty close.

The Movie Theater

The movie theater in Rosewood is a classic, old school theater that shows black and white movies. Although there are no historic theaters in the immediate Main Line area, there are certainly some in and around Philadelphia. The real gem is actually a little Northwest of the city in Doylestown and is simply named the County Theater. They show all the classics and some new films, too and prices are a mere $10 for a ticket and $4.25 for a large popcorn!

The Church

The Church in PLL is a reoccurring location in all four seasons of the series. So if you are spending the weekend in Pennsylvania, you might as well go to church! Although the church in the series is on the Warner Brothers lot in LA, There is a beautiful church in Bryn Mawr, PA right in the middle of the Main Line. St. Thomas of Villanova Church was built in 1887 and serves as the parish head as well as the chapel for Villanova University. If you go, attend the Sunday Night student-oriented mass so you can hear the Villanova University's Pastoral Musicians, a group of over 60 singers and over a dozen instruments.

So get your Little Liar club together and get to the Main Line! There is plenty of pretty country, pretty locales and Pretty Little Liars to be seen!
