Jimmy Fallon's Race Through New York is officially open, and Universal Studios Orlando commemorated the moment in true Jimmy Fallon fashion.

The Tonight Show host was in attendance along with his family, Tonight Show friends and plenty of other celebrities-including NBC's Carson Daly. Although it was the ride being celebrated in Orlando, the moment was truly a celebration of everything The Tonight Show has to offer, much like the ride itself.
Fallon took the time to thank everyone who made the moment possible: his family, colleagues, former Saturday Night Live staff and everyone from Universal. He also thanked the former Tonight Show hosts, and the ride pays homage to them as well in the opening hall.
In addition to the made-for-TV parade and ticker tape shower, the event included lots of moments that are quintessential Fallon. His daughters-perhaps not truly appreciating daddy's big moment-were more interested in the larger-than-life Minions or in creating their own little dance party. Fallon, of course, obliged them with his trademark smile.
