An unnamed airport lounge was briefly the funkiest and most exclusive dance club in the world.

Kate Hudson took to Instagram over the weekend to post an adorable video featuring herself and her 11-year-old son Ryder.

Both are at an airport lounge with luggage and a serious case of the traveling blues. As Hudson relays in the Instagram post, the only way to stave off boredom is to get the body moving and shaking.

The 36-year-old who has starred in such movies as “Almost Famous” and How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days” blasts Fetty Wap's “Trap Queen” and this happens:

Anything to dissolve the pangs of airport boredom, we guess.

The actress, whose mother is Goldie Hawn, was happy to chronicle her travel adventures with a subsequent post featuring step-father Kurt Russell.

Hudson and Russell are working together on the film “Deepwater Horizon,” which according to IMDB, is “A story set on the offshore drilling rig Deepwater Horizon, which exploded during April 2010 and created the worst oil spill in U.S. history.”

The movie is directed by Peter Berg and will star Hudson and Russell as well as Mark Wahlberg and John Malkovich.

According to, filming began in May around New Orleans, so we presume that is where the celebrity-packed airplane is headed in the above video.

What we can say with certainty is any downtime around the airline will be filled with merriment thanks to an actress who knows how to have a good time.
