Sometimes the joy of travel is enough to make you break out into a magnificent moonwalk.
Such was the experience of one Travis DeRose who shared an unbelievable journey through 13 countries with a hilarious video of him moonwalking through myriad European locales.
As of this writing, the video has, well, far fewer views than it really should, considering the magnitude of DeRose's adventure.
We got the chance to get a few answers from DeRose on a trip that saw him visit 27 locations over 13 countries - including stops in Iceland, Paris and Athens - but first here are a few moments of brilliance.
DeRose explains how the mood to moonwalk struck him: "It started on a previous trip to Ireland when I was getting my photo taken in front of a castle. Instead of just standing there looking awkward, I started moonwalking and it actually turned out pretty cool. So when I started this big Europe trip I started moonwalking every place we went."

As for where he would return to, DeRose loved the wide-ranging ambiance of Iceland: "Definitely Iceland, I love it there! It's such a beautiful country that is unlike anything I've ever seen. There's always a waterfall, volcano, glacier, or hot spring to visit."
The allure of travel gets us all in the end and we have to continue our own respective lifelong adventures.
For DeRose, there are still some chapters to be written: "Next on my list is Scandinavia. Can't wait to see Sweden, Norway, and Denmark!"
As for travel tips, the dancing guru offered: "I did this trip as a way to see a lot of Europe quickly so I could go back and revisit the places I really enjoyed. So that's my tip. If you find a place you really love, give yourself enough time to enjoy it and experience it. I'd say at least two weeks or more in one place. Then you can see all the fun touristy stuff but also have a chance to experience the culture and hang with locals."
The video boasts such locations as Reykjavik, the Berlin Wall, a stop on the Sound of Music Tour and famed locales in Paris like The Louvre and the Eiffel Tower.
