After five hours of waiting for their Norwegian Air Shuttle plane to be cleared, you have to think passengers were pretty tired of that mother-flipping mouse on that mother-flipping plane.
Reuters reports a flight from Oslo to New York was delayed five hours as workers attempted to clear the cabin of a mouse.
Spokeswoman Charlotte Holmbergh breaks down the rodent romp for reporters: "The pilots discovered a mouse on flight deck. We had to make sure that no cables or wires had been chewed. This does not happen very often, but it does happen from time to time."
GeoBeats News has more on the mouse hunt, including word that a pest company had to be called in to remedy the situation.
Holbergh states the mouse was caught, which ends this brief adventure for an airline that has suffered delay troubles recently; due to issues with the new Boeing 787 Dreamliners in particular.
We like to think passengers leaving to New York were perfectly fine waiting if it meant making sure the cabin was pest free.
