President Barack Obama will once appear on television, this time with one of the more renowned and beloved writers and TV personalities in the travel industry.
As CNN reminds, Obama is touring Vietnam and Japan at the moment, a trip that will get a more intimate spotlight thanks to the world leader agreeing to spend some time with Anthony Bourdain in Vietnam.
And, thankfully, we will get to see how the encounter plays out in a September episode of "Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown."
The show has been a must-see for travelers wanting a fresh perspective on some of the most stunning locations around the world. As an added plus, each episode is infused with Bourdain's humor and blunt observations during a trip we can only dream of also experiencing. This season we have seen Bourdain savor cuisine from places like Manila and The Greek Islands while also making time for American treasures like Chicago and Montana.
We will have to wait a few months, but we should get an interesting take on Vietnam from both men.
As Bourdain tweeted, the opportunity may have been priceless but the meal itself was ridiculously cheap.

This is hardly the first time the president has managed to score an appearance on travel leaning shows. Previously he made time to run wild with the likes of Bear Grylls.
This cameo should only further highlight the resplendent riches that welcome anyone headed to the region.
