Oy vey!
While we were super excited to witness Juan Pablo Galavis and his remaining bachelorettes travel to Da Nang, Vietnam in the Feb. 3 episode of "The Bachelor," JP's controversial late-night swim with Clare kept anyone from enjoying the night.
Sure, sneaking away together in the middle of the night sounds sexy, but Clare was soon in tears after JP revealed he regretted taking things "too far." His daughter will see the show, after all. (Come on, JP! Would you really let your toddler watch this show?!)
Let's backtrack a bit, though.
Upon arriving in Vietnam, Renee found out she landed the first one-on-one date, which consisted of receiving a custom-made dress.
Nikki scored a one-on-one date as well, which pissed off a number of the housemates because they believe she's different around them than she is with JP. (Snooze -- this seems like the same plot that comes around every season.)
Alli, Clare, Chelsie, Cassandra, Andi,Danielle, Kelly, Kat and Sharleen were then taken on a group date, where they paddled down a river to a family home for dinner, followed by a ride on water buffaloes!
Juan Pablo was impressed by Clare throughout the group date, so she was given the coveted rose. Afterward, Clare went and woke JP in the middle of the night and asked him to go swimming in the ocean with her. It was super romantic, but it appeared as though they did the deed in the water.
After making out with Renee before the rose ceremony, JP realized he went too far with Clare, and that it wasn't fair to the other girls. JP told Clare that he regretted their encounter.
At the end of the night, Kelly, Alli and Danielle were sent home. And sadly, we don't see Clare lasting too much longer either.
