Millions of travelers around the world flock to Buckingham Palace or tour Windsor Castle, attempting to glean some semblance of what it’s like to be royal. On Thursday, the world doffed its cap to Queen Elizabeth II who turned 90 years young.

As CNN notes, the queen will enjoy her birthday at Windsor, with droves looking on nearby and millions offering a cheers or two from the local pub or bar.

Below is a snapshot of the various images and reactions we have seen from social media.

But first, let’s enjoy a little chorus from a group of schoolchildren marking the time with a song on Wednesday.

Getty Images has a wealth of reactions from a major tourist attraction that happens to be the location of one heck of a celebration. Here are a few images from around social media.

Obviously, some Happy Birthday singing is in order.

For the uninitiated, the following video will immerse you in all things Queen Elizabeth.

And here’s a cool graphic that depicts how amazing Queen Elizabeth’s mark has been on history.
