Tokyo Airport Comes Alive With Gorgeous Time-Lapse Video

Spend a few days at Haneda Airport. And don’t worry; it will only take a few minutes.
In less than four minutes, the photographer creates a visual picture using tilt-shift and the airport’s frantic pace.
Normally a layover is cause for alarm and immense frustration, but we somehow find the extended stay rather soothing:
Planes come and go and light up the sky like strokes of a paintbrush. And, it seems, the photographer chose airports wisely, because you might consider this Tokyo installation to be rather bustling.
The Independent has some figures on Haneda: “Haneda handled 72,826,862 passengers in 2014, the second busiest airport in Asia.”
The next time you are stuck in an airport for a few hours, consider that everything around you can be transformed into something quite beautiful.
However, something tells us that the sentiment will do little to quell the burning frustration that even a minor layover might create.
