Nestled comfortably next to the Eiffel Tower and the Grand Canyon on the list of things you must see in your lifetime is Chris Pratt’s mural at a local Washington restaurant.
Digg reports that Omega Pizza & Pasta in Granite Falls is home to a big mural created by a young man who would later go on to star in such blockbusters as “Guardians of the Galaxy,” “The Lego Movie” and “Jurassic World.”
Pratt, who grew up in Lake Stevens, is even immortalized in a news clipping presented right near the bottom of the painting.
Digg explains that Imgur user slartibartfas happened upon the masterpiece and went so far as to speak to the establishment’s owner.
Slartibartfas explains on the above image: “I ended up talking to the owner of the restaurant and she told me about how her son and Chris were best friends in high school, and how Chris used to be the dishwasher at the restaurant.”
As the restaurant’s Facebook page notes, Pratt is happy to dole out recommendations for the location to famous NFL players.
The local Fox Sports affiliate was happy to second the recommendation:
If you are ever in the area, you now have a huge thumbs up for Omega from one of the biggest stars in Hollywood at the moment.
Not only does Pratt give a resounding review, he also has some art plastered all over the wall.
It will be exactly like visiting the Met, but with better food.
