9 Seasonal Cocktails to Try in Florida this Fall

When you think fall, you don't necessarily think Florida, but the reality is that the Sunshine State is home to some of the most unique hotels and hotel bars around. What's more, those hotel bars are cooking up some of the most creative cocktails out there.

So, whether you're traveling to Orlando or Key West this fall, be sure to bring your autumn spirit and an open mind with you. It's the best way to enjoy these nine seasonal cocktails.

Vanilla Chai Cocktail

You've probably never had chai tea like this. This autumn the Westin Cape Coral is serving a Vanilla Chai Cocktail that's certain to get you in the spirit. In addition to chai tea, this cocktail relies on vanilla vodka, amaretto liqueur, simple syrup and half and half to deliver guests a delicious punch of fall.

Autumn Apple Fizz

The Galley inside the Hilton West Palm Beach is where you'll find the Autumn Apple Fizz, a must-try for fans of the autumnal season. Topped with the perfect amount of champagne, this cocktail includes vanilla vodka, Cointreau, sour apple liquor and a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Pumpkin Spice has become a punch line of late, but you won't be laughing at the Pumpkin Spice Martini available at the W South Beach's Living Room Bar this fall.

Whether you sip it warm or chilled, the pumpkin and cinnamon flavors will remind you of autumn. It's not coffee, but with a healthy dose of Irish whiskey and coffee liqueur, it's close enough.

Christmas Colada

Where: Casa Marina

It's never too early to toast to Christmas, especially at Casa Marina's RUMba rum bar in Key West. This season, bartenders at RUMba are serving a special Christmas Colada, comprised of Rum Chata mixed with peppermint bark vodka and white creme de cocoa.

Belvedere Pomegranate Royale

Where: Conrad Miami

The Belvedere Pomegranate Royale can be found at the the Bar at LvL 25 inside the Conrad Miami. The champagne cocktail is made with Belvedere red vodka, Chandon Brut and pomegranate juice. To top it off, it's garnished with pomegranate seeds.

Apple Spiced Orchard

Where: Hilton Orlando

Cider is a fall staple. But David's Club at the Hilton Orlando takes cider to the next level with the Apple Spiced Orchard. In addition to apple cider, this cocktail features Grey Goose La Poire Vodka, ginger syrup and fresh lemon juice.

Smoked Maple Old Fashioned
