Classic Vacations launched a new package of services for travel agents under the heading Classic Assist. The new services are grouped at an online service center that can be accessed at www.classicassist.com.
The suite of services includes customizable print-on-demand and online/electronic collateral; account/profile management (check royalty rewards points, commissions, etc.); online live web chat to answer questions; seasonal holiday inventory lists; how-to marketing guides; new concierge services across all of Classic’s destinations; and special offers with forwardable emails. The services are supported by Classic’s desk of 23 business development managers. Travel agents can also call reservation agents or customer service reps any time.
Classic also is introducing interactive online travel brochures that include the ability to flip, zoom, select and email specific pages or the entire brochure to clients. They can be customized with the travel agent’s logo and contact information.
