A Washington, D.C. woman says a Lyft driver refused to take her to her destination on Wednesday night.

And she has much of the incident on video, ABC News reported.

Desiree Taylor and her friend had requested a Lyft Line ride, meaning her friend would be dropped off at his home and then Taylor would be dropped off at hers, ABC said.

According to Lyft’s website, Lyft Line allows passengers to “share the ride with others going the same way, and pay up to 60% less.”

The driver, who was identified as “Brian” on the Lyft app, refused to make two stops, Taylor told ABC.

The driver has had his credentials revoked, Lyft told ABC.

"We are extremely troubled to learn about this incident. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy and any behavior threatening the safety of a Lyft community member is not tolerated. The driver's conduct was absolutely unacceptable, and his access to Lyft has been permanently removed," Lyft spokesperson Alexandra LaManna told ABC in a statement.
