Avoya Travel was again honored with an American Express Representative Excellence Award for superior results, leadership, and strong dedication to customer service.
As an award winner, Avoya was asked and honored to nominate an Independent Agency in the Avoya Travel Network as the American Express 2015 Representative Pacesetter.
Shawn Power, owner of Powerventures Travel Services Ltd, was nominated and selected for the second consecutive year from among more than 750 Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network as the American Express Representative Pacesetter award winner for 2015.

The Pacesetter selection is based on a variety of criteria, including superior customer service, sales performance, travel agent community involvement, and his commitment to delivering extraordinary travel experiences. Power has built his business on selling a variety of cruise vacations and specializes in creating dream itineraries on luxury and river cruises. He has received numerous accolades for his achievements in sales and customer service, including Avoya's Best of the Best Independent Agency award as well as Avoya's highest recognition of Chairman's Club for producing more than $4 million in annual sales.
