Richbell Capital and Blue Skies Forever announced the launch of a brand new luxury hospitality company Wednesday, introducing Adelphi Hospitality Group (AHG).
The new group will develop, operate and manage four- and five-star restaurants and hotels in the U.S. and abroad.
AHG has partnered with several big names, including renowned chef and restauranteur Gray Kunz, who will assist with efforts on the food and beverage side.
Meanwhile, luxury resort expert Michel Ducamp will serve as AHG's Chief Operating Officer.
Lastly, Christophe Chatron-Michaud will lead management of group's restaurants and hotels.
AHG is set to debut next month with the opening of modern luxury steakhouse Salt & Char in Saratoga Springs, New York on July 1.
Next year the group will welcome its first hotel property when the historic The Adelphi Hotel opens alongside Salt & Char. The hotel is currently being renovated and is scheduled to open in spring of 2017.
"The Adelphi Hospitality Group is comprised of leaders in global hospitality and related enterprises, each of us bringing our own specific expertise and decades of experience with some of the world’s finest properties and businesses," said AHG partner Simon Milde in a statement.
Milde — the founder, chairman and CEO of Richbell Capital — and fellow AHG partners are actively seeking new opportunities to expand both aspects of the business.
In addition to Richbell Capital, Blue Skies Forever and Milde's Greenwich Group will serve as AHG's sister companies.
