All Inclusive Collection plans to unveil a new brand of luxury all-inclusive properties in Mexico and is also partnering with Nobu Hospitality on a new hotel in Los Cabos, said Frank Maduro, vice president of marketing for All Inclusive Collection, the company that serves as the sales and marketing arm for Hard Rock properties in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

The first property in the new luxury brand is scheduled to open in 2017.

“This is an exciting new brand that is looking to bring the trendy and current feel of the best hotels in the world to Mexico with the benefits of being an all-inclusive,” said Maduro. “Guests will feel their stays were customized for them through what we will offer in terms of immersive inclusive experiences.

Food and beverage offerings will be one of the brand’s focal points. “The food offerings will be crafted and fresh and each restaurant will have its very own chef that specialized in the cuisine being offered,” said Maduro, adding that all restaurants will feature their own bars featuring hand-made crafted drinks. “We will also have a tequila distillery, our very own microbrewery and a choice of wines from all over the world.”

The brand’s entertainment offerings will also be decidedly distinct. “Entertainment will be a large focus, moving away from the typical house band and really looking to activate different areas of the property, depending on the night,” said Maduro. “So one night you might find yourself around a bon fire on the beach with an acoustic guitarist, while the next you might be listening to jazz in the lounge.”

The brand is also expected to offer some innovations on the technology front. “Technology will play a huge part in the in-room experience for guests,” he said.

The Nobu property is the result of a collaboration between Nobu Hospitality, which is owned by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert DeNiro and film producer Meir Teper, and RCD Resorts, which owns and operates all-inclusive Hard Rock properties in Mexico and the Dominican Republic and exclusively contracts All Inclusive Collection for the sales and marketing of those properties.

“We are currently working very closely with the Nobu team to maximize our reach through our sales and marketing teams,” Maduro said. “We have dedicated sales staff that call on travel agents and for the groups and incentives market that can easily incorporate the Nobu brand into the portfolio of properties they offer.”

The property will be Nobu’s first in Mexico. “The new Nobu hotel will be a 180-room EP property that will focus on exclusivity, service and the culinary experience,” said Maduro. “The location in Cabo San Lucas within the Diamante development will translate into a very high-end exclusive experience.”

The hotel will a Nobu restaurant, spa, small conference/meeting facility, oceanfront wedding gazebo, kids center what Maduro said would be an “over-the-top villa that will be unique to this property.”

A Hard Rock is also scheduled to open in Diamante Cabo San Lucas resort community next year. The development is home to two highly regarded golf courses: El Cardonal, Tiger Woods’ first championship course, as well as the Dunes Course, designed by Davis Love III.
