Concur and Booking.com Announce New Partnership

On Monday, Concur and Booking.com announced a new partnership that is aiming to enhance business travel worldwide.

Through the partnership, Booking.com—a global leader in connecting travelers with a wide array of places to stay—will give Concur—the world's leading provider of integrated travel and expense management solutions and services—access to its more than 800,000 accommodations properties worldwide.

The partnership will allow Concur customers to access to a wide selection of accommodations at affordable prices, and Booking.com joins a long list of TripLink partners that already includes AccorHotels, Airbnb, Air Canada, Avis, Enterprise, Etihad Airways, HotelTonight, InterContinental Hotels Group, Lufthansa, National Car Rental, Marriott, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Sixt, United Airlines and Wally Park.

Concur Executive Vice President Tim MacDonald released a statement on the partnership:

“Our new partnership with Booking.com demonstrates the importance of providing next-generation solutions to capture how business travel is evolving. We are focused on providing a fully integrated travel and expense solution that allows our customers to adapt as change happens. In the coming months, we look forward to expanding our relationship with Booking.com as a TripLink partner to capture this booking information while removing the pain points of the manual expense reporting process.”

In addition the new partnership, Booking.com also revealed data that says 285 million guests have used the website for their accommodations over the last year, and that over one billion guests have stayed at a Booking.com property since the site was born.

With 820,000 unique properties and 21 million bookable rooms worldwide, Booking.com has become the top website for travelers looking for unique places to stay. The partnership with Concur will only make both companies’ online presence stronger.
