All Inclusive Collection – the experiential brand offering an authentic all-inclusive experience with limitless service and style – is scheduled to unveil the brand new, 12,900-square-foot Sanctuary Convention Center to Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta in Fall 2015. The Sanctuary Convention Center will be the largest convention center ever built in Riviera Nayarit, tripling Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta’s current meeting and event space to nearly 20,0000 square feet.
Inspired by definitive record label and recording studio, Sanctuary Records Group, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta honors the iconic artists formerly and currently signed to the label by providing guests with inspiring experiences with the new Sanctuary Convention Center. Ideal for a wide range of events from private gatherings, concerts and sporting events to industry conferences, unforgettable weddings and distinguished meetings, the new state-of-the-art addition to the luxury resort will accommodate up to 1,500 guests and will break out to four flexible separate sections. In classic Hard Rock style, the Sanctuary Convention Center will be adorned with a special collection of memorabilia that plays tribute to the greats, including a Black Sabbath guitar, Guns N’ Roses’ Amp and Elton John’s beaded jacked, as well as a Jimi Hendrix mural.
“The new convention center will improve the already top-notch all-inclusive meeting experience offered at Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta,” said VP of Meeting & Incentive Sales, Kevin Edmunds. “More than 70 percent of the brand’s groups business is repeat customers and whether meeting for business or tying the knot, we look forward to serving more needs with the expansion of the resort. We provide the highest level of customization and flexibility to each guest and every group, allowing us to exceed guests’ expectations and add to their memories.”

Flexible spaces, special themes, incentive rewards, and of course, the renowned rock star service, all play a part in contributing to the complete rock star meeting experience.
