IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts' properties in Mexico, Jamaica and Dominican Republic were recently honored with numerous top awards from Apple Vacations and Delta Vacations, highlighting its exceptional services and offerings and further positioning IBEROSTAR as a leader in the hospitality industry.

IBEROSTAR received the following awards from Apple Vacations and Delta Vacations this year:
1) 2016 Golden Apple Award from Apple Vacations: Fifteen IBEROSTAR hotels were awarded a 2016 Golden Apple Award from Apple Vacations, given to properties that offer an exceptional standard of quality, service and value. The winning hotels are determined by hundreds of thousands of customers who complete a Vacation Satisfaction Questionnaire upon returning home from their Apple Vacation. The IBEROSTAR properties that won a Golden Apple Award include:
• Mexico: IBEROSTAR Cancun, IBEROSTAR Cozumel, IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Paraiso, IBEROSTAR Paraiso del Mar, IBEROSTAR Paraiso Lindo, IBEROSTAR Paraiso Maya, IBEROSTAR Tucan, IBEROSTAR Playa Mita

2) 2016 Crystal Apple Award from Apple Vacations: IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Rose Hall in Jamaica was awarded the 2016 Crystal Apple Award for Best All-Inclusive Resort from Apple Vacations. The Crystal Apple Award is one of the most coveted awards in the travel industry and given to the "best of the best" in various categories. Award winners are determined by the same methodology as the Golden Apple Award.
3) Delta Vacations Quality Assurance Award: IBEROSTAR had six properties win Delta Vacations Quality Assurance Awards. The Quality Assurance Award recognizes qualifying hotels, destination management companies and rental car agencies in Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America and the U.S. The 2016 Quality Assurance Award was earned by partners that achieved 99 percent customer satisfaction, 99 percent product performance (no involuntary relocations) and a minimum of 100 bookings annually.
