As the temperature drops and the sun becomes more elusive in parts of the U.S., Kimpton Hotels is encouraging travelers to head south this fall and winter.
The brand has announced an early booking promotion for three of its Florida properties.
For example, travelers who purchase a stay two weeks in advance at the Surfcomber Hotel in South Beach will receive an additional 15 percent off the hotel's best available rate as well as a complimentary bottle of champagne upon their arrival.
However guests likely won't need a bottle of champagne to relax at the Surfcomber.
The hotel is steps away from a white sand beach and its amenities are highlighted by a unique selection of spa service offerings, including "pumpkin warmth" and "milk & cookies."
Elsewhere in South Beach, the Angler's Hotel is participating in the promotion. In addition to offering guests who pay two weeks ahead of time 15 percent of the best available rate, the luxury boutique hotel will reward those customers with a free continental breakfast during their visit.
Meanwhile, travelers considering Palm Beach can receive as much as 20 percent off their reservation when pre-paying three weeks in advance at the Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa. The resort is ideal for active travelers, with a yoga mat in every room and a 24-hour fitness center on site. Pets are also welcome at the Tideline.
It's worth noting that both the Surfcomber and Angler's Hotel are ranked among the top 30 hotels in Miami by TripAdvisor reviewers, each receiving 4.5 out of five stars and the site's Certificate of Excellence award for 2015.
The Surfcomber was also named the best hotel in South Beach for 2014 by U.S. News and World Report.
Palm Beach's Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa also receives 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor.
With fall in full swing and winter right around the corner, travelers can visit each of the hotels' websites to learn more about the advanced purchase promotion.
