Oasis Hotels & Resorts has significantly upped the ante on its luxury offerings with the debut of The Pyramid at Grand Oasis, a high-end retreat within the confines of the resort complex that houses Grand Oasis Cancun and Oasis Cancun
“The Pyramid at Grand Oasis is an entirely new concept for Oasis Hotels & Resorts,” said Enrique Klein, vice president of sales & marketing at Oasis Hotels & Resorts. “While we specialize in providing our guests with one-of-a-kind all-inclusive experiences, we also saw an opportunity in the market to cater to a more sophisticated demographic.”
That demographic, he noted, includes affluent travelers who are drawn to the convenience and peace-of-mind that all-inclusive vacations provide, but nonetheless expect more luxurious accommodations, facilities and food-and-beverage options. “Convenience and luxurious experiences do not have to be mutually exclusive, and we have developed a product that perfectly blends the two together while still giving our guests the local flair today’s traveler expects,” Klein said.
Located in the center of Grand Oasis Cancun, The Pyramid features a private lounge and 260 guest rooms, including 238 deluxe rooms, 14 junior suites and 8 master suites, all of which were upgraded with new amenities and bedding.
Nine restaurants of the resort complex’s 29 have been designated for the sole use of Pyramid guests. They include the new Shillabar, Wakame, Maki Taco, Villa Paola and Quenchua, as well as White Box, Marketplace, Careyes and Cocoa. Additionally, three of the resort’s 22 bars are available only to Pyramid guests.
Pyramid guests are also privy to an array of complimentary perks, including the use of Smart vehicles, rounds of golf at the resort’s nine-hole course, daily Yoga and Pilates classes, guaranteed early check-in and late check-out, private check-in and check-out, upgraded in-room minibars and premium room service selections.
In all, Oasis Hotels & Resorts offers eight properties comprising 4,000 rooms and suites in Cancun and Tulum.
