Families contemplating a summer vacation in Mexico now have even more fun reasons to target AAA Four Diamond Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort. From July 6-Aug. 17, 2016, the Cancun property will transform its 140,000-square-foot Moon Palace Arena convention center into a thriving metropolis for kids called KidZania Go!
Engaging youngsters ages 4-12 with life lessons and skills lasting far beyond the summer, the educational and interactive recreation adventure provides families with a unique, safe and hands-on learning environment. Led by trained professionals who motivate and guide, KidZania Go! sessions are conducted from 10am-2pm and from 3:30-7:30pm.
The indoor theme park allows children to learn via role-playing as they select activities from occupations that range from a doctor or dentist to a police officer or shopkeeper. They’ll discover what’s required to “get the job done” and earn “kidZos” currency with completed tasks. KidZania Go! also features some 30 businesses that include a television station, supermarket, fire station, bank, beauty salon, theater, radio station and culinary school.
According to Gibran Chapur, executive vice president of Palace Resorts, families appreciate that there is truly something for everyone when staying at a Palace Resorts property. “Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort has become renowned for consistently delivering unparalleled programming which caters to families, including diverse entertainment and inspired amenities and attractions,” Chapur says.
“KidZania Go! is the latest addition to our family-focused offerings, and we look forward to providing yet another unforgettable experience this summer that celebrates the unlimited possibilities for our young guests.”
KidZania Go! admission is $85 per child and $55 per adult (each child must be accompanied by at least one adult). Guests staying five nights or more receive $1,500 resort credits that can be used for that admission, spa appointments, romantic dinners, room upgrades, wedding packages and off-site excursions.
As an additional perk for value-conscious families, Palace Resorts’ popular Kids Stay Free promotion allows children 12 years of age and under to eat, play and stay for free through Aug. 31, 2016.
Nestled amid 123 acres of tropical foliage and secluded white sand beach on Cancun’s mellow south shore, Moon Palace Golf & Spa Palace Resort is on the heels of a $100 million dollar upgraded that enhanced guest rooms, restaurants, lobbies and other common areas.
