Plan a Date With Paradise This Fall
It’s harvest season in Jamaica and Couples Resorts is inviting travelers to experience fall with its Taste of Jamaica promotion. Celebrate the country’s fall bounty with fresh, farm-to-table favorites such as Jamaican spring rolls, fiery jerk grilled lamb, banana coconut bread and more.
It is possible fall never tasted so good. And, that’s not all; Couples Resorts invites you to top it all off with a rum-infused love potion – it’s on the house because it’s all included.
This fall, celebrate with Chef Stefan Spath as he whips up some of the flavors of the island in Couples Resorts’ many restaurants throughout its resorts. Experience farm-to-table vegetables, fruits and spices; fiery homemade sauces; soups made from scratch; lobster just plucked from the sea; Jamaica’s famous Blue Mountain coffee; freshly baked bread, croissants, breakfast pastries and more.
Spath knows a thing or two about Jamaican cooking. He has resided on the island since 1999 and has fully embraced the island lifestyle and has garnered recognition and awards for his inspired dishes. Most recently, Spath was nominated for Chef of the Year at the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards.
