Long revered by tequila aficionados, Mexico is more recently raising eyebrows among wine and beer lovers into spirits-infused travel. Guests of Rosewood San Miguel de Allende can hop aboard the hops and barley bandwagon with the property’s Artisan Beer Tasting tour, which falls within the brand’s signature “A Sense of Taste” culinary program.

This thirst-quenching newbie is part of Rosewood’s “A Sense of Place” that infuses an individual property’s history, culture and setting into guest experiences. The Artisan Beer Tasting journey transports suds enthusiasts to local breweries and a farmer’s market that shares San Miguel de Allende’s unique foods and crafts. Among the breweries showcased, Cerveceria Dos Aves has producing handcrafted ales and lagers since 2012. Encourage your clients to sample its Cerveceria Dos Aves IPA, an intensely hoppy, strong pale ale that consistently receives rave reviews from beer connoisseurs.
