Two Grand Velas Resorts – Grand Velas Riviera Maya and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit – have been listed by Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards as being among the top resorts on Mexico’s Caribbean and Pacific Coasts.
This prestigious honor is based on the opinions of more than 300,000 readers, the most in the history of the award. The AAA Five Diamond resorts were judged on the quality of their rooms, services, location, food, design, facilities and value.

The Grand Velas Riviera Maya was noted for its “fantastic five-star cuisine” and "staff [that] pamper you,” while the Gran Velas Riviera Mayarit earned accolades for "outstanding staff who even clean your sunglasses, spritz you with Evian, and circle the pool with an ice-pop cart” and a spa that "is one of the best. Readers also noted that that “you would never believe you're in an all-inclusive."
The Grand Riviera Maya is a Leading Hotel of the World and features 539 designer-like suites set amid 206 acres of pristine jungle and mangroves, not to mention a sparkling white sand beach.
