WATCH: Renaissance Hotels Premieres 'Business Unusual' Short Film

With the help of Marriott International's Content Studio, Renaissance Hotels has premiered an original short film aimed at inspiring guests to dive deeper into their next destination.

The film, titled "Business Unusual" launched Monday. The Marriott brand celebrated the premiere with a screening and party at Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, where several of the film's scenes were shot.

In addition to YouTube, the film is available inside guestrooms at Renaissance properties, on and to the millions of Marriott Rewards members.

"With 'Business Unusual' we hope to encourage our audience to explore the city that they are visiting to uncover and discover new things about the city, as well as themselves," David Beebe, Marriott's vice president of global creative and content marketing, said in a statement. "The film is engaging content that will inspire them to delve deeper within themselves to find success."

In his own statement, Renaissance Hotels' vice president of marketing Dan Vinh echoed Beebe's sentiments. 

"Renaissance Hotels is designed for today's business travelers and our goal is to create experiences for them to connect with the city that they are visiting," said Vinh. 'Business Unusual' highlights the heart of Chicago and allows our guests the chance to acquaint themselves with all that the city has to offer."

In celebration of its starring role in the film, the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel is currently offering a 'Business Unusual' Movie Package that includes a #5-9 Passport and a one-day pass on Chicago's Mass Transit System.

Viewers are likely to recognize some of the film's characters as it features a handful of television stars and celebrities, including former Chicago White Sox player Ozzie Guillen.
