One couple turned to the Internet to auction off their luxury resort in Micronesia. The Kosrae Nautilus Resort was raffled off on the Internet by Doug and Sally Beitz. They wanted to offload the resort so that they could spend more time with their family, so they set up a public contest and participants could purchase raffle tickets for $49 a piece, says Travel + Leisure

The winner was Joshua from New South Wales and here’s what he won:

A staff of 16 people
A minimum of $5,000 in food supplies
$10,000 in the business's bank account
A whole new home

It also comes with a ton of new publicity thanks to the Internet.
