You can also mangia at Moonstone by Dominic, an Italian restaurant that serves everything from spaghetti and risotto to Italian-prepared chicken and pork. Platinum offers a more sophisticated experience with a meal made up of multiple Caribbean cuisine tastings.
When it's time for fun, you can't miss one of the most popular activities on the resort - a dive-in movie at the pool. There are many doings to choose from, including basketball, paddle tennis table, billiards, golf, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and tennis. There's also nighttime musical entertainment as well.
But at the Caribbean, it's all about the water and the resort offers an on-site beach, two hot tubs and two pools, one with a waterfall, as well as a Radiant Spa.
