The Wyndham Hotel Group announced Thursday that it will acquire hotel management company Fen Hotels, expanding its presence across Latin America in the process.
Wyndham didn't reveal the terms of the deal.
The move adds 26 management contracts across Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and the U.S. and expands Wyndham's portfolio to 18 brands with the addition of Fen Hotels' Esplendor Boutique Hotels and Dazzler Hotels.
The acquisition pushes Wyndham's existing hotel count in the region to 188 hotels in 19 countries.
By the end of 2017, guests will be able to book stays at all 18 brands through the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program.

Fen Hotels' executives and management staff will continue to lead the company from its office in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which is set to become Wyndham Hotel Group's new Latin America headquarters for management operations.
"From design-led boutique hotels to an exceptional focus on service and comfort, Fen Hotels delight guests visit after visit making for a great addition to our portfolio as we continue delivering elevated experiences for our guests," said Wyndham Hotel Group's president and managing director in Latin America and the Caribbean Paulo Pena in a statement.
Fen Hotels co-founder and CEO Patricio Fuks, who will remain the company's chairman, said the acquisition "dramatically increases our distribution, immediately enabling us to grow faster not only in Argentina, but also throughout the region."
Fuks said Wyndham and Fen Hotels will work to integrate over the next 18 months.
