Since President Barack Obama eased travel restrictions to Cuba, American tourists have swarmed to the Communist country.
Because of the increase in tourists visiting the nation, Cuba is running out of their favorite brands of beer, Cristal and Bucanero, The Independent reported.

Bucanero, the country's main brewer, might open a new plant to keep the beer-drinking tourists satisfied, according to The Independent.
In 2015, 3.5 million people visited Cuba, a 17 percent increase from 2014, The Independent said. The number of Americans visiting the country grew 77 percent over that time period.

Hundreds more tourists are expected to take a cruise ship from Miami to Havana in May, the newspaper reported.
To keep up with the demand, breweries in Cuba ordered 33 million cases of beer this week and Bucanero plans to import three million cases from Dominica, according to The Independent.
