On Tuesday, police announced they had arrested a terror suspect attempting to leave England at Heathrow Airport in London as he tried to board a plane.

According to Business Standard, police in London arrested an unidentified 29-year-old man on suspicion of possessing information useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

The suspect was attempting to board a flight to Saudi Arabia Monday when he was taken into custody. In addition, a house in West London was also being searched by authorities in the anti-terror department in connection with the suspect’s arrest.

“He has been taken to a London police station where he remains in custody,” a police official told Business Standard. “A number of electronic devices have been seized for further examination in connection with his investigation. Inquiries are ongoing.”
