A power outage at New York's LaGuardia Airport prompted delays and headaches for American Airlines customers Thursday.
According to the New York Daily News, the airport's American Airlines terminal lost power around 7:30 a.m. ET Thursday.
A Port Authority spokesman told the Daily News that airport officers immediately began moving travelers out of the affected terminal. Passengers were bussed to a nearby terminal for screening and processing.
LaGuardia Central confirmed that the outage was impacting security screening in concourse D.
