Holiday travel and stress go hand-in-hand.
According to Q13 Fox, The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is doing everything it can to prepare for a record number of passengers next week.
Sea-Tac is expending over 8,000 passengers and they decided to do a few things to make it easier during your travel experience.
- When going through TSA, travels will be greeted by digital displays with estimated wait times.
- Sea-Tac also improved their TSA line configuration.
- Volunteers will be available to help get you to your gate.
- You’ll find more workstations and new seating with built-in power and USB outlets.
Don't get too relaxed however. The airport still wants you to arrive at the normal travel times you are used to and give yourself some times. Fox also says anticipate the busiests days at Sea-Tac (and just about every other airport) to be Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving and the Sunday and Monday following the holiday.
