Since Donald Trump has been elected the Leader of the Free World, it has been a non-stop question in a nation that seems to be divided. When it comes to other countries, they are being affected as well.

Recently, Turkey's Foregin Ministry issued a travel warning concerning the U.S. As many citizens of the country "pour into the streets in anti-protest" the ministry's website recommend citizens stay away from certain demonstrations in U.S. cities to take "necessary securities measures at their home and work."

"Based on demonstrators' social media posts, it's clear the demonstrations will likely continue for some time, the website says."

According to the Daily Sabah, "the special alert applies particularly to New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Miami, Los Angeles, Seattle, Oakland and Portland. The Ministry also stated that protests in Oregon's Portland were especially intense, reminding that police had declared the demonstrations in Portland as riot late Thursday."

There's no indication on the site saying when this warning could be taken down, but it seems it is more of a warning than anything serious.
