Chinese police have arrested three airline passengers after a video was released of them slapping, verbally abusing and throwing food at employees following an announcement that their flight had been delayed.
According to The Associated Press, the incident took place at Changsha Huanghua International Airport in Changsha, China, when passengers become upset that their flight to the city of Sanya was delayed.

As a result of similar incidents, the Chinese government has created a black list for fliers who are considered disruptive or dangerous. The black list is public, and airlines, hotels and other travel professionals can use it as a way to refuse service to specific customers.
