WATCH: Video Released of Man Who Ran After Plane in Denver

A man who ran onto a ramp at Denver International Airport to catch his departing plane in August pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of tampering Tuesday.

In a report from Carly Moore of, 58-year-old Marc Rehmar ran through a security door which triggered an alarm and made his way onto one of the departing ramps on Aug. 6 at Denver Airport.

The reason he chased down the flight was reportedly because he missed boarding the flight to his high school reunion in Ohio. Now, Rehmar has been sentenced to two years of probation and 100 hours of community service for the incident.

By pleading guilty, though, the Denver District Attorney's Office dropped the original charges of hindering public transportation and endangering public transportation.

While it wasn’t released initially, CBS News obtained security-camera footage of Rehmar running to the plane before being intercepted by an airport employee:
