WATCH: Woman Flips Out on American Airlines Employees

In a video obtained by ABC News, a woman is seen yelling at American Airlines employees after her fears that a 12-hour delay would ruin her family’s Disney cruise boiled over.

In a report from, the unnamed woman was waiting for her flight from LaGuardia Airport in New York to Miami International Airport in late March when the scheduled journey became delayed.

Instead of taking off at 9 p.m. local time as scheduled, several occurrences including the plane being diverted and a FAA ground stop resulted in the flight being late to New York. The passengers were finally able to board the plane at 8:50 a.m. local time the following day, but not before the female passenger let American Airlines employees know how she was feeling.

The woman can be heard screaming, “You lied to me! You lied to me! You’re all gonna pay for my Disney cruise, and you’re going to pay for everything else here! I’m sitting here since eight o’clock, with a 9-year-old who’s waiting for our vacation, and my 13-year-old, and me. If there’s no flight, just say there’s no flight. Say there’s no flight! … We’re waiting all our lives for this!” shared the video of the woman’s temper tantrum:

Thankfully for the woman and her children, the plane was finally permitted to depart for Miami and landed in Florida at 11:47 a.m. local time, more than five hours before the cruise ship left port at 5:10 p.m. local time.

A Disney Cruise spokesperson told ABC News that everyone scheduled to be on the ship for the sailing made it onboard in time. In the end, let’s hope the woman was more gracious to her hosts on the cruise ship.
