Abercrombie & Kent (A&K) has released the details of its new 2018 Small Group Journeys.
Next year's new trips travel to many up-and-coming and off-the-beaten-path destinations, including India, Russia, Brazil, Alaska, Chile and Argentina.
Each gives travelers an insider's perspective on a unique destination via handcrafted journeys that are one of a kind. Guests explore the heart of a destination with the added benefit of an intimate number of companions, fine accommodations and experienced guides who are experts in their fields.
"From discovering the local traditions of a Bishnoi village in Jodhpur to before-hours access to Russia's finest museums to visiting a Patagonian brewery to learn the secrets of the region's distinctive beers, we've developed new itineraries which incorporate experiences that are true to each destination and its traditions," said A&K president Keith Baron.
"Our local offices are experts at discovering unique activities that truly reflect the local culture."
In India, the new India & the Riches of Rajasthan itinerary explores the country's cultural heartland. Guests visit a Bishnoi village and meet local artisans, explore the Jain Temple in Ranakpur, see the Art Deco decor of Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur and visit the Taj Mahal at both sunrise and sunset on a 12-day journey.
The Imperial Russia itinerary will give guests a window into some of the country's most historic treasures. Visitors have early access to the Hermitage Museum, explore the Kremlin's State Armory and the Diamond Fund, then visit Peter and Paul Fortress in St. Petersburg on a nine-day tour.
The Brazil: Natural Wonders & Colonial Charms itinerary blends stunning natural landscapes with colonial heritage, visiting Sao Paulo, Iguazu Falls, Ouro Preto and more.
Majestic Chile & Argentina combines South American culinary traditions, wine and soft adventure, traversing the Andes with wine tasting in both countries and a chef's table experience across 10 days.
In Alaska, guests are invited to discover its vast expanse over nine days via road, rail, helicopter and airplane.
The newly launched trips also include A&K's latest amenity: Breakfast in Bed, allowing guests the to enjoy dining en suite for the morning meal.

"Traditional luxuries are still appreciated by our guests, which is why we've added complimentary Breakfast in Bed," said Baron.
The service is offered twice during each Luxury Small Group Journey, and guests can opt for a continental breakfast served in the comfort of their hotel room.
These new A&K Small Group Journeys are sure to enhance already robust offerings in 2018. In addition to these new tours, the tour operator announced the continuation of its popular Cuba by Land & Sea: A People-to-People Cruise, which will have two departures next year.
