Exodus Travels is pleased to announce the appointment of Sheena Rosentreter and Kent Phillips as the new Business Development Managers for Western USA and Canada for the award-winning, small group adventure tour operator.
Joining Amanda Pezzaniti, Eastern BDM, this outside sales team will be dedicated to servicing the travel agent community across North America, under the leadership of Sasha Andrews, Director of Agent Relations and Industry Sales. With over 60 years of combined experience, the team will continue to build and enhance relationships with agents across the U.S. and Canada.
“Our goal,” said Sasha Andrews, “is to work closely with travel agents to bring them Exodus’ affordable and innovative hiking, cycling, cultural and responsible wildlife tours to 100-plus countries for their clients. With near half a century of experience as one of the UK’s leading adventure operators, our dedicated North American office has now been open for 19 months. It quickly became evident that no matter how much business is done over the Internet and direct, travel agents will always be an integral part of consumers’ booking process in North America. Our team is devoted to fostering strong and long-lasting agent relationships by providing the best in class service, product training and agent tools. Exodus truly values the importance of agent business.”
Both industry veterans, Rosentreter first entered the travel industry as a Manager of the Merit Travel Group, and after gaining valuable insights and skills, spent seven years as a Sales Manager for Contiki Holidays.
Phillips comes from 15 years of selling adventure travel experiences as Sales Manager and Travel Consultant at Merit Travel. He has visited more than 46 countries, including all of Exodus’ top destinations. Their commitment to the industry will enhance the support available for agents across the Western U.S. and Canada, furthering the recognition of Exodus Travels’ travel products throughout North America.
The North American team will help strengthen the brand’s position as a leading adventure tour operator, offering small-group guided and self-guided cycling, hiking, walking, cultural and wildlife adventures in over 100-plus countries around the world.
