Want to tour China by private jet for 17 days? Sounds great, but it’s going to cost a bit of cash—to the tune of $85,500 per person under one sample itinerary.
Imperial Tours, a boutique operator based in Beijing, has teamed with Presidential Private Jet to offer what it is calling a one-of-a-kind private jet tour of China. The program will feature top hotels, experiential sightseeing, and travel between destinations in a Gulfstream G-V or similar jet.
This is the first time Imperial Tours has offered a private jet tour of China. Other companies like Four Seasons and Abercrombie & Kent feature around-the-world jet tours, while Aman and Remote Lands have private jet tours across Asia, but not specific to China.
The 17-day China Private Jet Tour itinerary that Imperial Tours has put together with Presidential Private Jet is just a sample and can be customized in any way. But if booked as is, the pricing starts at $85,500 per person for a group of 12 flying from the U.S. East Coast using a Gulfstream G-V or similar. Another options starts at $72,800 per person for a group of 30 flying from the East Coast in an Airbus 321 or similar. The airplane is never shared with other groups or individuals.
The program features visits to Beijing, including the Forbidden City and the Great Wall; Xi’an, including the Terracotta Warriors and Yangling; Hangzhou; Shanghai; Guilin; and Hong Kong. Included in the price are roundtrip flights on the private jet; onboard gourmet catering; all hotel accommodations, including breakfast; some meals and all activities, including entrance fees for listed sites where applicable; best available ground transportation to and from all activities; private guides and historians for the entire trip; unique events and surprises
All itineraries are fully customizable to accommodate guests’ interests, lifestyle and desired purposes. Travel agents also can create their own journey for their customers by selecting any worldwide destinations of choice.
