Intrepid Travel Withdraws from USTOA, Cites Wish to Return
As a result of Intrepid’s withdrawal from USTOA, it is no longer a participant in the association’s $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program.
Intrepid’s president of North America, Cyndi Zesk, said the company’s withdrawal is a formality and it wants to re-join the organization under its new management structure as soon as it qualifies under the association’s bylaws.
USTOA President Terry Dale also claimed no hard feelings, said Intrepid has been a “good member” and he welcomes the company back into the fold as soon as possible.
