Craft beers are big deal these days and that means people are willing to go far to try unique brews. For those looking for the world’s best brewery tours, TripAdvisor has revealed the best of the best.
Taking the number-one spot is the Brussels Journey: Beer and Chocolate Tours.
“The chocolate part promises a mix of classic and experimental flavors and textures, including hazelnut, ganache, ginger, tea, coffee, saffron and chili. The beer covers bars around the Grand Place to sample a variety of completely differing beers that are all brewed in Belgium,” writes Nigel Thompson in the Mirror.
In London, Meantime Brewery Tours is number two.
“The Greenwich site is the largest craft brewery in the capital, and visitors will hear about the history of craft brewing, take in the sights and sounds, and taste a range of the different products from Meantime,” Thompson says.
The Charleston Brews Cruise is another top choice, combining testing and education.

“The tour promises to educate visitors on craft beer brewing and the history of beer in Charleston,” Thompson notes.
Portland, Maine, is another brewery hot spot — and also adds in wineries.
“The tour begins with a pickup at the downtown waterfront and is basically an entire afternoon hitting breweries, distilleries and wineries,” says Thompson.
