Trafalgar USA has revealed a new way for travel agents to close on bookings during the peak weeks of summer vacation sales, announcing a new series of short videos dubbed “Confessions of a Travel Agent.”

Trafalgar USA president Paul Wiseman has offered his expertise to help agents sell more packages by converting cruise clients to high-commission guided vacations, letting past clients act as testimonials and capitalizing on group bookings.

Along with Trafalgar, CostSaver and Brendan Vacations have teamed up for the “Confessions of a Travel Agent” videos, which are meant to teach travel agents while also sharing a few laughs about the darker side of the travel industry.

Each week, Trafalgar officials will email the short videos to travel agents with the hope of helping them sell more vacations and make more money. For those who need to watch all the videos at once, check out the dedicated “Confessions of a Travel Agent” website.

Wiseman also released a statement about the new series of videos, saying, “We wanted agents to understand that we feel their pain, it needed to grab agents’ attention and compel them to act instead of just deleting from their already over-flowing inbox. Agents can protect their business by booking clients early, reassuring them that travel is a great thing to do, and that a Trafalgar guided vacation provides more assistance and direct support to travelers than any other form of travel. We are with clients all the way and that means a lot in today’s world.”
