On Tuesday, the United States Travel Association announced that Travel Channel host Samantha Brown will begin acting as an ambassador for the organization moving forward.

Brown will participate in U.S Travel's signature events and programs, including National Travel and Tourism Week. The annual week-long celebration honors the travel industry and the Project: Time Off initiative, which advocates for more people taking vacations from work.

As part of her role as ambassador for U.S. Travel, Brown will endorse Travel '16 for this year's presidential election as part of this year’s National Travel and Tourism Week. In addition, the Travel Channel host will represent Project: Time Off as a featured speaker at the Upside of Downtime Forum later in 2016.
