It's easy to worry about the stuff that, in the grand scheme of things, just doesn't matter when traveling.

Obviously, it's important to see everything you can in the fortnight you are in town. One must also simply walk the city and soak up and savor the sights and local cuisine, but there is something to be said for peace of mind.

The 2017 Travvy Awards made sure to recognize the best in the industry as it pertains to travel insurance.

As you will see in the following video, that honor has gone to Allianz Global Assistance, which grabbed the honor as the Best Travel Insurance Provider-Overall.

The hope is that you never have to make use of the travel insurance you've wisely purchased, but providers like Allianz ensure you are safe and sound (as well as financially stable) when you've prepared for the worst.
